We are excited to share our love for science with elementary and middle school students.
Summit Academy High School has added some amazing CTE Health Science classes recently.
We now offer:
Students and teachers from these above classes will offer hands-on, engaging presentations all about the HEART and participants will receive a Doctor for a Day T-shirt.
WHEN: Saturday, November 3rd, 2018
WHERE: Summit Academy High School- Bluffdale, UT
TIME: 9 am – Noon Elementary School Students
1 pm – 4 pm Middle School Students
You do not have to be a student at a Summit Academy Charter School to participate.
So, invite friends and cousins to join you!

Please follow these specific instructions when registering to insure your child is put in the correct grade group and receives a T-shirt in the correct size.
In the STUDENTS NAME type:
HOSA (Firstname) (Lastname) (grade) (T-shirt size in Child or Adult)
For example: HOSA Jimmy Smith 1 MC
This means Jimmy Smith is in 1st grade and wants a Medium Child T-shirt

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING SAHS HEALTH SCIENCES!
Funds will be used to send SAHS HOSA students to the International HOSA competition in Orlando, Florida.
Last year SAHS HOSA earned 1st in STATE for Outstanding HOSA Chapter, 1st and 3rd -Forensic Medicine, 5th– Health Career Photography, 8th Pathophysiology, and 10th-Physical Therapy.
