Plan for College and Career Readiness (PCCR)

VIRTUAL PCCR VIDEO for current 2019-2020 students. PLEASE WATCH!!!!

Plans for College and Career Readiness (PCCRs) are designed to give you information about your choices in high school and beyond to help you become "college and career ready".  At your College and Career Readiness Plan meeting you will receive information about future scheduling, college options, a possible career pathway, your results from the ACT/SAT test, and what to plan for when preparing for life after high school.  It is important for students and parents to both be at their planning meeting so that the best plan can be made.

Please see the attached SAHS College and Career Planning Guide for ALL of our college and career information that is shared at our PCCR meetings. This is a great resource that you can refer to throughout your high school journey.
