Principal's Message

Ms. Natalie Call, Principal

I have been a professional educator for over thirty-two years. My experience includes teaching for the Weber County School District, Laramie County #1 School District, Jordan School District, and Sevier District before being appointed the principal of Sage Creek Elementary in Nebo School District. While serving in Nebo School District I also worked closely with Vital Smarts and became a certified trainer in the concept of Crucial Confrontations.  Early in my career I was named Young Careerists for the state of Utah by the Business and Professional Women’s Association of Utah. I was honored by Nebo District as the Distinguished Principal of the Year, Literary Principal/school of the year and Human Resource Principal of the Year.

Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, I received a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from Weber State University.  I later received my master’s degree in education administration from the University of Utah and have held an Education License concurrently since 1980.

I truly believe that each and every student is important and has so much to offer.  It is a blessing to have spent many years with students of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds. I feel there is no greater responsibility in the world than helping to shape the minds of future leaders.

You will find that my door will always be open and I welcome anyone to stop by and visit.

Mrs. Erin McRae, Assistant Principal

I was born and raised in Burnsville, Minnesota but lived in Phoenix, Arizona for seventeen years where my husband and I raised our four children. I earned my degree in special education from Arizona State University, so I am a Sun Devil and sun worshipper!

For over ten years, I was an English teacher at Liberty High School and served as Special Education District Representative for the Peoria Unified School District while coaching both high school and college soccer. From there, I moved to Utah in 2016 to accept the position of assistant principal at Summit Academy High School.

Teenagers are my energy source, that's why I thrive in the high school environment. I feel truly honored to be part of the Summit Academy team where our collaborative efforts guide students to discover their strengths and amplify their potential. My passion lies in doing what's best for kids, and Summit Academy High School students deserve the best!
